More about me

First, I’m a lover of coffee, spending time at the lake with my people, moving my body often, and snuggling my golden retriever.

Next, I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and GGS Pre- & Postnatal Coach, but what led me to becoming a personal trainer was my love for taking care of my body and athletics. I’ve been an athlete my whole life: a cross country and track runner, equestrian, and National Champion waterskier.

I believe life is about finding “balance”— not in the literally sense but in the sense that it’s very important that we find SOME time in the midst of all our responsibilities, to carve out time to take care of ourselves as well. Staying strong and moving our bodies is so important, especially as we age.
